• Surface Condition: We cannot be held responsible for pre-existing damage, cracks, or weaknesses in surfaces that may become more visible after cleaning.
• Staining & Results: While our high-pressure cleaning effectively removes dirt, algae, and grime, some deep stains may not be fully removable.
• Water Supply: We require access to an outdoor water source to complete the service.
• Obstacles & Furniture: Any patio furniture, plant pots, or other obstacles should be removed before our arrival. If we need to move items, this may incur additional charges.

Window Cleaning Disclaimer

Our professional window cleaning service is designed to leave your glass spotless, but please be aware of the following:

• Pre-existing Damage: We are not responsible for any pre-existing cracks, scratches, or leaks that may become more noticeable after cleaning.
• Access Requirements: Customers must ensure clear and safe access to all windows being cleaned. We are unable to move heavy obstacles or furniture. Additional charges may apply if we have to move objects.
• Weather Conditions: In cases of extreme weather (heavy rain, strong winds, or freezing temperatures), we may need to reschedule for safety and service quality reasons.
• Water Spotting: While we use purified water for streak-free results, some hard water deposits may require additional treatments at extra cost.

Gutter Vacuuming Disclaimer

Our gutter vacuuming service ensures your gutters are free of debris and functioning properly. Please take note of the following:

• Access Requirements: We require clear access to gutters. Any obstructions (such as overgrown vegetation or roof obstructions) may require additional time and cost to clear.
• Blockages & Repairs: We remove debris and blockages from gutters, we do not carry out repairs.
• Gutter Condition: We are not responsible for any pre-existing damage, loose fittings, or leaks that may become apparent after cleaning.
• Post-Clean Debris: While we take care to collect and dispose of gutter debris, minor residue may be left behind due to weather conditions or wind.
• Obstacles & Furniture: Any garden furniture, decorations, or other objects obstructing gutter access should be removed before our arrival. Additional charges may apply if we need to move items.
